These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the R.E.D. (REACT Emergency Dispatch) Discord bot (“R.E.D.”), owned and operated by XIN Corp, located at 254 Chapman Rd, Ste 208 #17794, Newark, Delaware 19702, USA (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using R.E.D., you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the bot.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using R.E.D., you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as any applicable Discord terms and guidelines. If you are using R.E.D. on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Description of the Service
R.E.D. (REACT Emergency Dispatch) is a Discord bot designed to assist with [describe primary functions of the bot, e.g., “emergency response coordination and dispatch simulations”]. The bot is provided “as is” and may include features that are updated, modified, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.
3. Eligibility
To use R.E.D., you must:

- Comply with Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
- Have the authority to enter into these Terms if you are using the bot on behalf of an organization.
4. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Use R.E.D. for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Exploit, modify, or reverse-engineer the bot.
- Use R.E.D. to harass, abuse, or harm others.
- Violate Discord’s Community Guidelines or any applicable laws.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to R.E.D. for any violations of these Terms.
5. Bot Availability
We strive to maintain the availability of R.E.D.; however, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, updates, or other factors may result in temporary unavailability.
6. Data and Privacy
Your use of R.E.D. is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the bot, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property
R.E.D., including all associated code, design, and content, is the exclusive property of XIN Corp. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works of the bot without prior written consent.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
R.E.D. is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Your use of the bot is at your own risk.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, XIN Corp shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, arising out of your use or inability to use R.E.D.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold XIN Corp, its affiliates, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities resulting from your use of R.E.D. or breach of these Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Delaware.
12. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of R.E.D. after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to R.E.D. at any time, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the bot ceases immediately.
